Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Mobile Development
: Design, build, and maintain advanced, high

performance applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter and

React Native.

Backend for Frontend:
Develop, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and

services using , Python, and C# to support mobile application

functionality.

Architecture & Design
: Lead the technical design and architecture of mobile

solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business

goals.

Code Quality & Review:
Uphold high standards of code quality through writing

unit and integration tests, conducting thoughtful code reviews, and advocating

for best practices.

Performance Optimization:
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks,

memory leaks, and other complex technical issues across the front-end and

back-end.

Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other

engineers in a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features.

Mentorship:
Act as a technical mentor for mid-level and junior developers,

fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

DevOps & Deployment
: Manage the full lifecycle of application development,

including CI/CD pipeline integration, testing, and deployment to the Apple App

Store and Google Play Store.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience.

Mobile Expertise:

 Extensive experience (5+ years preferred) with Flutter and the Dart

ecosystem.

 Significant experience (5+ years preferred) with React Native and the

JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.

 A proven track record of publishing and maintaining at least two major

mobile applications on both iOS and Android.

Backend & Full-Stack Proficiency:

 Strong proficiency in and/or Python for building RESTful APIs and

microservices.

 Solid experience with C# (.NET Core or .NET Framework).

 Experience with database technologies (SQL like PostgreSQL/MySQL,

and/or NoSQL like MongoDB/Firestore).

Fundamentals: Deep understanding of software development principles, design

patterns, and data structures.

Tools: Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise), and

Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to

tackle complex challenges.
