ob Summary:

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in assigned areas. This role ensures a safe and sanitary environment by performing cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal. The Cleaner works independently or as part of a team to support the smooth operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
  • Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, toilets, and wash areas.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • Report any safety hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards and schedules.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous cleaning experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
