Business Development Manager

- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.
- This role requires a dynamic professional with strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property sales, leasing, and investment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports to management.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the real estate sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Nigerian property laws, investment climate, and urban development trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must reside within Egbeda and its environs.
