Job Summary

We are seeking a
Tele-Sales Executive
with prior sales experience to drive bookings and sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote travel services and packages.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide accurate information about travel products, packages, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum
    1–3 years of sales experience
    , preferably in tele-sales or travel-related sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of travel products is desirable.
