We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive long-term business value. This senior leader will be responsible for shaping the commercial strategy, managing partnerships, and leading a high-performing business development team.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the organization's business development strategy.
- Identify new markets, opportunities, and revenue streams.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Business Development team to achieve targets.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align growth efforts with organizational goals.
Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value deals and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue goals.
Team & Operational Management
- Manage team performance and professional development.
- Oversee CRM usage and sales reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, business updates, and reports for executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 - 7 years senior-level experience in business development.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing high-value clients or partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM/sales tools.
