We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive long-term business value. This senior leader will be responsible for shaping the commercial strategy, managing partnerships, and leading a high-performing business development team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the organization's business development strategy.
  • Identify new markets, opportunities, and revenue streams.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the Business Development team to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align growth efforts with organizational goals.

Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value deals and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue goals.

Team & Operational Management

  • Manage team performance and professional development.
  • Oversee CRM usage and sales reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, business updates, and reports for executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5 - 7 years senior-level experience in business development.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading teams and managing high-value clients or partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM/sales tools.
