Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Project Lead located in Lagos. The Regional Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating regional projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery from the team. The role involves managing resources, monitoring project progress, communicating with stakeholders, and providing strategic input to improve project outcomes. The Regional Project Lead will also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a thorough understanding of the regional market to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Resource Management, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Experience credit Management
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software
  • Understanding of Finance and Embedded Financial Services
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the regional market and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
