Job summary

We are urgently looking for a qualified Import–Export Executive that will be responsible for coordinating and executing all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, timely cargo movement, accurate documentation, cost-effective logistics, and effective liaison with suppliers, Customs agents, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Regulatory Compliance.
  • Shipment Coordination.
  • Supplier & Customer Liaison.
  • Cost, Budget & Negotiation Management.
  • Customs & Clearing Management.
  • Internal Coordination.
  • Reporting & Record-Keeping.
  • Quality & Inspection Control.
  • Good understanding of LC processes, Form M, PAAR, freight, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in import–export, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations. Experience in dealing with Customs, NAFDAC, SON, NESREA, and other relevant agencies (advantageous).Working knowledge of Incoterms, HS classification, and international shipping processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of import–export documentation.
  • Knowledge of Customs procedures, Form M, PAAR, LC processing, and trade compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • ERP or logistics management system experience (added advantage).

  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with external partners and government officials professionally.
