Location: [Lagos, Nigeria]

Brix and Towers is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Associate to help us maintain accurate records, drive operational efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities


• Resolve operational issues promptly to keep activities running smoothly.


• Support project execution and ensure operational plans are delivered on schedule.


• Track and complete assigned tasks on time, maintaining high task completion rates.


• Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports on operational activities.
• Conduct routine checks to monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


• Collaborate effectively with team leads and other departments to prevent and resolve cross functional issues.


• Maintain and update client records, KYC data, and sales data from teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and suggest enhancements.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, project support, or data management.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Proactive problem-solver with excellent time management.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data/reporting tools is a plus.
