Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Relationship Executive based in Lagos, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and understanding client needs to develop tailored solutions. Other key responsibilities include representing the company in professional settings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategy, client prospecting, and business development techniques
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business-related software
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, involving both in-office and remote work settings
  • Previous experience in client services or a related role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
