Role Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic
Content Marketer
to lead content creation, storytelling, and audience growth across our digital platforms. You will shape how founders discover, understand, and engage with our platform from awareness to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create compelling content across blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the programs and design teams to produce educational, founder-focused materials.
  • Manage the StartR360 blog, ensuring content aligns with our mission and voice.
  • Write case studies, founder stories, and promotional materials that connect emotionally and practically.
  • Research startup ecosystem trends to produce relevant and valuable insights.
  • Measure and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and launch communications.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in content marketing or digital storytelling.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of social media, SEO, and content analytics.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience creating content for tech, startup, or business audiences.
  • Remote (But Must be based in Lagos for occasional physical activities and events).
