About the role

Omits is a fast-growing fintech startup preparing for launch. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and strategic partner to our leadership. This is not a traditional admin role. You will be the operational right hand to the CEO and Head of Operations, enabling them to focus on high-level strategy by owning critical business coordination, documentation, and research.

You will manage executive calendars, coordinate partnerships, maintain vital internal systems, and help drive our expansion by ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you are a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives on ownership and wants to be at the heart of a scaling startup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Operational Support:

  • Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and meeting priorities.

Partnership & Business Coordination:

  • Maintain and update the company's Partnership Tracker.
  • Assist with initial outreach, scheduling, and follow-up for partnership discussions.
  • Help prepare and organize partnership-related documentation.

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

  • Own the organization, formatting, and version control of key internal documents (SOPs, playbooks, compliance materials).
  • Ensure our cloud filing system (Google Drive) is structured and accessible.

Research & Project Support:

  • Conduct market and regulatory research to support new market entries.
  • Assist in special projects, report preparation, and operational initiatives.
  • Provide logistical support for occasional team meetings or events

Must-have Qualifications.

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, business assistant, or operations role, preferably in fintech, tech startups, or financial services.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency with Google Workspace/ Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English—articulate, professional, and confident.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and acts without constant direction.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
