Role Description

Chams Holdco is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to shape and execute the company's global brand positioning, growth marketing strategy, and corporate reputation.

The ideal candidate will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand equity, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The CMO will oversee market planning, research, digital strategy, public relations, and sales enablement, ensuring alignment with the Group's overall business objectives.

This role is highly strategic and hands-on, requiring an innovative leader with proven success in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive global marketing and brand strategy across the Chams Group.
  • Lead digital growth marketing efforts using data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Strengthen the organization's public reputation and manage corporate communications, including crisis management.
  • Drive market penetration and product launch strategies to enhance customer engagement and adoption.
  • Oversee market research to inform strategic decision-making and competitive positioning.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with business development, sales, and product teams.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-impact campaigns and consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12–15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5–7 years in senior/executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic market planning, brand building, and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in executing large-scale, results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in Public Relations, Reputation Management, and Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with cross-functional influence.
  • Experience in the technology, fintech, or identity management sector is a significant advantage.
