Role Description

The Entry Level Food Scientist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. Responsibilities include developing new food products and improving existing ones, conducting research and development (R&D) to explore innovative processes and recipes, and performing laboratory tests to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet the company's goals in food and beverage innovation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry or Microbiology
• Minimum of 2:1 (Second Class Upper Division)
• Strong skills in research and development (R&D) and problem-solving
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry and emerging trends
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
