POSITION SCOPE:

This role will establish and execute the overall communication strategy of the Anatolia brand and its portfolio on a global scale. The Brand, Communications & Events Lead is a future thinker who sees opportunity and turns it into reality, while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. This individual is savvy in public relations, digital media, media and influencer outreach, social media community management, event management and leading philanthropic initiatives. Together with cross functional teams and external vendors, the Brand Manager - Communications will elevate the Dang brand to the next level for accelerated business growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Communications Strategy + Execution

  1. Lead the strategy, development, and execution of all communications, including: content creation, press releases and events; media and influencer outreach; social media content development; community management; newsletters; and product education

2.
Support the brand building initiative of Dang to become a well-recognized, trusted, and desired brand in the industry through IRL events.

3.
Identifies and establishes relationships with key media, influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry.

4.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

5.
Supports and delivers social media content/ engagements that successfully recruits and builds a new audience to deliver against key business goals and KPIs'

  1. Builds a strong brand presence on social channels and influencer networks.

  2. Showcases influencer content and key campaigns on corporate website, digital (including local or global social) channels

  3. Identifies and establishes relationships with key media, influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry.

  4. Take ownership of our existing referral platform and scale it from side-of-the-desk work to key acquisition channel
