Remuneration:

  • Salary: N65,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Salary review after 4 months, based on performance and KPIs

Performance Bonus:

  • 10% of the commission paid on each sales recruit who meets or exceeds targets (one-time).

Nature of work

  • Fully remote
  • Location: Nigeria (Remote) Preferably resides in Lagos
  • Physical meetings or assignments on reasonable notice ( Logistics will be covered by the company)
  • 9am - 6pm | Break : 12:00pm - 12:30pm | Monday - Friday

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting & onboarding top performing sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write articles & DIYs that helps the team
  • Strong management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

Champion full recruitment process of credible Lead and Junior Sales Managers

Fastest recruitment of other department when needed

Manage HR functions (Recruitment and onboarding)

Culture advocate

Create articles and trainings to make recruitment and onboarding seamless.

Collaborate with teams to improve processes

Attend weekly meetings (Remote)
