Work Days: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

ICS Outsourcing Nigeria Limited is seeking a proactive and well-organized Front Desk Administrator for our client in the research industry. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.


• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.


• Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable.


• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars when required.


• Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.


• Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and handling office supplies.


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.


• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.


• Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Requirements


• HND/BSc in any related field.


• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or administrative assistant.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.


• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
