We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell the company's real estate offerings, interior design services, home improvement equipments and electrical appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service across all product and service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell real estate properties, interior design solutions, and home improvement appliances to prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Attend client meetings, property inspections, and showroom visits.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties, design solutions, or appliances.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new products or services.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, interior design, or home appliances.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
