About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads and Google Ads Tutor to join our e-learning team. The ideal tutor should have a strong background in paid advertising, digital marketing strategy, and campaign optimization across both Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. You will be responsible for teaching learners how to plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and deliver engaging lessons on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.


• Teach learners how to create, manage, and optimize campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.


• Provide step-by-step practical sessions on campaign setup, audience targeting, and analytics.


• Guide learners on budget management, bidding strategies, and ad performance tracking.


• Create course materials, templates, and assignments to enhance learning.


• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and ad policy updates on both platforms.


• Offer mentorship and feedback to learners on their practical projects.

Requirements


• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (minimum 2–3 years).


• Solid understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.).


• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.


• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.


• Excellent communication and teaching skills.


• Prior tutoring, training, or mentoring experience is a plus.


• Certifications in Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads are highly desirable.

Nice to Have


• Experience running ads for e-commerce, education, or B2B sectors.


• Basic knowledge of AI tools for ad copywriting or creative generation.


• Ability to teach in a clear, simplified, and engaging way suitable for beginners.
