Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Uyo. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction activities to ensure they align with project specifications and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs, coordinating project requirements, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project integration, and managing timelines. The role demands creativity, precision, and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design, including creating blueprints, drawings, and layouts
• Experience with Project Management, ensuring on-time delivery and resource allocation
• Knowledge of Software Development and system Integration relevant to architectural projects
• Expertise in Architecture, with a strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is an advantage
• Experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Ability to work on-site in Uyo and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
