Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Lagos. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as greeting and assisting visitors, answering and routing phone calls, performing general clerical tasks, and maintaining the reception area. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting internal teams, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to perform essential Receptionist Duties with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing, filing, and scheduling
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Must be willing to start immediately and commute to this location.
