Role Description


• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to engage beta testers from medical laboratories


• Evaluate MHI's laboratory features, ensuring they meet clinical requirements and laboratory standards


• Conduct simulated tests and case studies to assess feature relevance and usability in real-world lab settings


• Organize and lead feedback sessions with beta testers, gathering insights for continuous improvement


• Validate that lab features support accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in laboratory operations

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology
  • Ability to implement and adhere to Quality Control protocols
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with digital health platforms and emerging healthcare technology
