Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy, communications, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and implement creative marketing campaigns that amplify LJE Nigeria's mission, strengthen our visibility, and engage partners, donors, and the public.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution in an impact-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with LJE Nigeria's mission and goals.
  • Plan and manage campaigns that promote programs, events, and initiatives across online and offline channels.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials — including print, digital, and media content.
  • Work closely with the social media and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with relevant organizations.
  • Coordinate marketing budgets, track expenses, and measure campaign ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.
  • Prepare periodic reports and analytics to evaluate marketing performance.
  • Support event planning, media engagements, and advocacy campaigns.
  • Strengthen LJE Nigeria's brand identity through storytelling, media relations, and public outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for purpose-driven marketing.
  • Ability to work onsite in Abuja (Monday–Friday).
