Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Enugu North. The position will involve performing day-to-day tasks associated with delivering quality health insurance services. Responsibilities include managing client relations, handling health insurance claims, ensuring compliance with health insurance regulations, and providing excellent customer support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relations and customer support
  • Knowledge of health insurance regulations and claims handling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in health management or insurance industry is a plus
