Job Title: HOTEL FRONT DESK OFFICER

Location: Oyo Town, Oyo State

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Officer will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure excellent customer service at all times. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations and guest relations, with proven supervisory ability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to guests professionally upon arrival.
  • Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Supervise front office staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, payments, and reports.
  • Ensure reception and lobby areas are clean and well-organized.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel front desk or customer service.
  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and familiar with hotel management software.
  • Must reside in Oyo Town or nearby areas.
