We're looking for a
skilled Legal Officer
to join our growing team and support our operations across multiple telecom verticals.

The Role

As Legal Officer, you'll play a critical role in
drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
, ensuring
regulatory compliance
, and advising management on
corporate and commercial matters
.

You'll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to protect Servicia's interests and ensure smooth legal operations across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate
    commercial and service agreements
    (MoUs, NDAs, SLAs, etc.).
  • Advise on
    corporate law, compliance, and regulatory filings
    .
  • Liaise with the
    NCC, NITDA
    , and other regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Support company secretarial duties and governance documentation.
  • Manage legal risk and ensure compliance across all ICT and telecom operations.

Requirements

  • LL.B and B.L (Nigerian Bar admission).
  • 4–6 years post-call experience in
    corporate/commercial law
    , preferably in
    ICT or. telecommunications
    .
  • Strong experience in
    contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance
    .
  • Familiarity with
    telecom licensing, content agreements, or ICT operations
    is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
