We are seeking a Tax and Finance Admin with strong accounting and taxation knowledge to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will handle day-to-day finance operations, support tax reporting, and contribute to efficient financial workflows that meet the evolving needs of a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, tax documents, and financial transactions
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (e.g., VAT, PPh) and liaise with tax consultants as needed
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Monitor compliance with local tax regulations and changes in taxation laws
  • Handle general ledger updates and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
  • Maintain and organize digital filing systems for financial and tax records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax administration (experience in fintech or startups is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Jurnal, or similar)
  • Strong MS Excel skills and attention to numerical detail
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
