We are seeking an experienced Account officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in managing and supporting small and medium-sized business accounts. You will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to clients, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering positive relationships between the company and SMB clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure that clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities to improve service levels and client retention.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to help implement client-specific solutions and campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and other metrics as requested by management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (billing, support, etc.) to ensure seamless account management.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦180,000.00 per month
