In this role, you will

  • Post adjusting journals/entries into the company's core operating systems
  • Collaborate with the reconciliation team on the resolution of open items between bank general ledger and actual bank position
  • Review and resolve customer loan transaction issues reported by the CX and dispute resolution teams
  • Treat disbursals of funds to loan customers
  • Process vendor invoices for payment
  • Maintain proper proof & reconciliation of transit general ledgers
  • Preparation of customer investment certificates
  • Any other task as may be assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related discipline.
  • At least 2 years working experience as a Finance Operations Officer in a Financial Service Company, preferably a bank or any FinTech company.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • General knowledge of other Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Eye for details
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft dynamics 365 would be helpful but not compulsory.
