Shadohs Innovations Agency is seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our social media content and growth efforts across multiple platforms. You will work independently and collaboratively to create compelling content, manage community engagement, and execute campaigns that drive brand visibility, audience growth, and conversions.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Create engaging and visually appealing content (videos, reels, carousels, static posts).

Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).

Respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct research to stay ahead of trends and use them in content planning.

Brainstorm and execute campaign ideas to increase awareness, engagement, and leads.

Use Canva, CapCut, and AI tools for content ideation and production.

Track basic analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Collaborate with internal team to align campaigns with marketing goals.

Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and growth tactics.

Proficient in Canva, CapCut, AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Repurpose tools), and social media management tools (e.g Buffer).

Strong copywriting, content planning, and storytelling ability.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic knowledge of social media advertising & funnel building is an advantage.

Excellent time management and deadline discipline.

Experience running paid social media ads.

Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.

Customer service skills for community management.
