Job Opening: Executive Assistant to the School Head of School.

Are you an organized, proactive, and highly professional individual passionate about supporting educational leadership? A reputable secondary school is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to work directly with the School HOS and support day-to-day administrative, operational, and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Head of School schedule, appointments, and communications

Coordinate internal and external meetings

Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence

Assist in school operations, project follow-ups, and compliance documentation

Maintain confidentiality in all matters

Liaise with staff, parents, vendors, and stakeholders professionally

Support strategic initiatives and school development plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in computer and software management such as; Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Experience in an educational environment is an added advantage

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Location: Edo State
