Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Lagos. The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of building facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing building-related activities, coordinating with service contractors, inspecting facilities, developing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring efficient utility usage. The role involves supervising staff and aligning facility operations with the organization's standards and goals.

  • Facilities Management and Maintenance Operations skills
  • Knowledge of Compliance Regulations and Workplace Safety Standards
  • Project Management and Vendor Coordination abilities
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking skills
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications
  • Relevant certifications such as IFMA or BIFM certification are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
