Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemical Process Engineer, located in Abuja. The Chemical Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and improving chemical processes within the organization's operations. The day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing process data, troubleshooting process issues, implementing process control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall process efficiency is also expected.

Qualifications

  • A strong background and apt proficiency in waste-to-chemical conversion and synthesis of solar materials.
  • Proficiency in Chemical Process Engineering, including applying engineering principles to improve and develop processes
  • Experience in Process Design and Process Control to optimize workflows and maintain operational standards
  • A background in the Chemical Industry and extensive knowledge of Process Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex process challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and environmental compliance is beneficial
