Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Account Clerks (2) to join our sales team. As an Account Clerk, you will be responsible for creating campaigns to drive sales growth, building relationships with potential clients, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Create and execute sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness

  • Client Acquisition: Relate with potential clients, onboard them into the organisation, and build long-lasting relationships

  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, respond to queries, and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, and earn commissions on sales performance

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market research

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

  • Education: BSc or HND in a relevant field

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

  • Personal Qualities:

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary: ₦70,000 per month
