ABOUT THE ROLE

Devand Agency is seeking a highly skilled Contract Brand Designer to support our branding projects across multiple client accounts. You will help us deliver world-class brand identities by working on logo design, brand messaging, positioning, mockups, and full brand guideline documents.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who can take briefs, work independently, and deliver high-quality branding assets with fast turnaround.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Identity Development

  • Create multiple logo concepts based on client brief and research
  • Refine selected logo option and prepare final files in all formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, JPEG, EPS)

Brand Messaging + Positioning

  • Develop clear and compelling brand messaging
  • Support brand positioning strategy based on research, target audience and competition

Brand Guidelines

  • Design complete brand guideline documents covering: Logo usage, Color palette, Typography, Patterns & icons, Brand voice & tone, Visual applications
  • Create professional brand mockups for client presentations (signage, stationery, social media, website, products, packaging, etc.)
  • Conduct basic competitor and market research
  • Provide creative direction based on the client's industry and target market

Deliverables + Documentation

  • Prepare and organize brand files for client handover
  • Deliver editable files (AI, PSD, Figma)
  • Collaborate with the team for feedback and revisions

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in brand design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva
  • Logo Animation is a Plus
  • Ability to create strong logo systems and complete visual identity suites
  • Ability to document and present brand systems professionally
