Job Title: AI Engineer

Strivo Labs is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance automation, product capabilities, and digital transformation initiatives for our clients and internal teams. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and software development to turn business challenges into intelligent, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered systems for internal products and client solutions.

Build end-to-end ML pipelines — including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Integrate AI models into applications, dashboards, APIs, and automation workflows.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.

Conduct research on AI/ML tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches.

Optimize models for performance, accuracy, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Implement monitoring, retraining workflows, and model governance processes.

Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) to deploy and maintain ML environments.

Ensure compliance with data protection standards and ethical AI practices.

Document models, workflows, architecture, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

6- 9 years' experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Applied Data Scientist.

Strong Python skills with experience using ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience building and deploying models into production environments.

Solid understanding of data pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, and preprocessing techniques.

Familiarity with cloud-based ML services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).

Experience with API development and integration (FastAPI, Flask, ).

Strong mathematical and statistical foundation — probability, optimization, modeling techniques.

Experience with version control and ML lifecycle tools (Git, MLflow, DVC, etc.).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Knowledge of generative AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace).

Experience in automation, fintech, digital lending, or enterprise AI solutions.

Background in MLOps or DevOps for AI systems.
