Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located at our Central Kitchen, Ogudu, Lagos. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing stock control, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations. The manager will also handle the coordination of receiving and dispatching goods, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing warehouse processes to enhance productivity.

Job Description

  • Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily activities.
  • Manage, evaluate, and report on overall warehouse productivity.
  • Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods and materials to outlets/kitchens.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the warehouse environment, equipment, and storage conditions.
  • Coordinate and maintain warehouse fleets, equipment, and assets.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments (procurement, operations, kitchen, finance) and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Stock Control and Inventory Management
  • Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse activities
  • Inventory Control experience to maintain accurate records
  • Forklift Operation skills for handling goods safely
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
