Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative marketing lead with a strong background in real estate marketing, digital strategy, and lead generation.

You will oversee all marketing and communication efforts, from market research and brand positioning to digital campaigns, events, and content with one goal: to attract investors, buyers, and partners while solidifying our company as a trusted name in the property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies for all company projects.
  • Lead the sales/marketing team to drive online visibility, traffic, and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to align campaigns with sales targets and ROI goals.
  • Oversee project launches, open houses, and marketing events from planning to execution.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, reports, and performance KPIs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, publications, and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in real estate or property development.
  • Proven record in lead generation, digital marketing, and real estate campaign management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and creative direction skills.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising, CRM tools, Google Ads, and analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
