Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Marketer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of training programs, including Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) courses, professional driver training for trucks and heavy machinery, and other general technical training programs. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving enrollment, building partnerships, and increasing brand visibility across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the institute's training programs to individuals, organizations, and corporate clients.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and field marketing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the training industry.

  • Collaborate with the training and operations teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Manage social media and other digital marketing efforts to drive visibility and leads.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market feedback.

  • Represent the institute professionally at exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

  • Good understanding of training programs such as HSE, technical, or vocational courses.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

  • Result-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
