Project Officer – Real Estate Development

Location: Ikosi Road, Off CMD Road, Lagos (Mainland)

Job Type: On-site | Monday – Friday

Salary: ₦100,000 net/month

We are looking for a Project Officer who will play a critical role in coordinating on-site activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that both our in-house developments and partner estate projects move efficiently from plan to completion.

What You Will Do:

i. Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure projects progress according to plan, timeline, and budget.

ii. Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and contractors to track milestones and resolve issues promptly.

iii. Document and report project updates, including photos, reports, and feedback from field inspections.

iv. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, admin, finance) to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.

v. Provide strategic input to improve project efficiency, customer satisfaction, and product quality.

vi. Keep up to date with partner developers' projects and share regular status updates with management.

What We Are Looking For:

i. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

ii. Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with field teams and management.

iii. At least 1 - 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction supervision, or estate development.

iii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.

iv. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

v. A background in real estate, civil engineering, estate management, or project management is an advantage.
