We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern enthusiastic about a career in Procurement & Operations Management to support our supply chain and field operations within the oil servicing industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, vendor coordination, logistics, and operational planning in a technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of purchase requisitions and purchase orders for equipment, materials, and services.
  • Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and documentation in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Track order status, delivery schedules, and logistics to ensure timely availability of operational materials.
  • Maintain procurement and inventory records in alignment with QHSE and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify procurement needs.
  • Participate in cost analysis, supplier performance assessments, and contract management support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the operations and procurement workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in oil and gas operations and logistics.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment.
