Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ibadan for an Educational Consultant focused on
sales-driven lead conversion
. You'll convert marketing leads into enrolled students through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and relationship building. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline in our CRM, conducting needs-based consultations, handling objections, collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, and guiding students through enrollment. You'll meet monthly sales targets while providing exceptional student experience from inquiry to registration.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales or lead conversion experience, preferably in education
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • CRM proficiency and pipeline management experience
  • Consultative selling ability with objection-handling skills
  • Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes
  • Customer service expertise and results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work on-site in Ibadan
