2.1.1. Corporate Strategy and Business Growth

● Drive the Group's business growth objectives through strategic alignment of administrative and operational systems.

● Collaborate with executive management to identify expansion opportunities, improve efficiency, and strengthen market positioning.

● Ensure synergy and collaboration across all subsidiaries to achieve unified growth targets.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams for all subsidiaries across the Group.

● Support the Executive Management in implementing corporate initiatives that improve efficiency and expand market presence.

● Work with

to develop and track business performance metrics.

Corporate Services and Administration Oversight

● Oversee administrative operations, logistics, procurement, facilities, monitoring and evaluation, corporate communications and general services across all subsidiaries.

● Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective resource management and service delivery.

● Supervise the management of office infrastructure, utilities, supplies, and assets across multiple locations.

● Ensure consistency and compliance with Group policies, statutory obligations, and internal governance frameworks.

Leadership and Governance

● Provide strong coordination of Corporate Services, Administration, and Support Services across the Group.

● Establish governance frameworks, corporate policies, and performance standards for all business units.

● Support the Executive Office in implementing board-level directives, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accountability.

Logistics and Mobility Management

● Oversee group-wide logistics operations, including all vehicles, service vans, and fuel/diesel trucks.

● Supervise and coordinate with Mobility Officers and the Operations Managers in the locations to ensure efficient scheduling, deployment, and tracking of all fleet movements.

● Develop and implement a vehicle tracking and utilization system to monitor fuel consumption, maintenance, and usage efficiency.

● Ensure all vehicles and fuel/diesel trucks are properly maintained, insured, and compliant with safety standards.

● Review and optimize logistics processes to eliminate waste, control costs, and improve turnaround time.

Operational Management and Efficiency

● Standardize administrative and operational processes across all subsidiaries for consistency and efficiency.

● Provide executive oversight for inter-departmental collaboration and support.

● Oversee logistics, procurement, asset management, and facility administration across the Group.

● Monitor service delivery and operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

● Identify process gaps and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

● Ensure adequate maintenance of all facilities across the Group.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

● Serve as a liaison between management, subsidiaries, and external stakeholders.

● Maintain strong relationships with vendors, regulators, and government agencies to support Group operations.

● Facilitate effective internal communication and information flow across departments and business locations.

Financial and Resource Management

● Work closely with the Finance Department to manage budgets, optimize operational costs, and ensure fiscal discipline.

● Oversee efficient allocation and utilization of resources across units.

● Ensure corporate service operations contribute positively to business profitability.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

● Champion the use of technology and automation to enhance administrative efficiency.

● Implement best practices in governance, sustainability, and risk management.

● Promote innovation and operational excellence across all business units.

Grants and Partnership Development

● Lead the development and implementation of a structured grants strategy for the Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation.

● Identify and pursue funding opportunities, local and international grants, and partnership programs aligned with the Foundation's vision.

● Develop and coordinate grant applications, ensuring compliance with donor guidelines and timelines.

● Build relationships with development agencies, NGOs, CSR partners, and philanthropic organizations to attract funding and collaborations.

● Track grant performance, reporting obligations, and ensure transparency and accountability in fund utilization.

● Develop internal capacity for ongoing resource mobilization and sustainability beyond personal funding sources.
