Our client a reputable and fast-growing Microfinance Institution (MFI), located on Lagos Island (Lekki Axis), requires honest, intelligent and experienced professionals to join its team as Loan Officers.

Job Description (in Summary)

* Source new creditworthy borrowers.

* Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants.

* Communicate effectively with customers to explain loan options, terms, and conditions.

* Maintain thorough and accurate records of loan applications and approvals.

* Maintain professional relationship management with the customers to ensure loan repayment and business growth.

Major Requirements

  1. B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other numerate discipline.

  2. Minimum of one year relevant experience from MFB or MFI.

  3. Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Work Structure

a. Work model: Hybrid.

b. Onboarding phase (Month 1): Successful candidates will be required to be physically present in the office twice weekly.

c. Post-onboarding: Physical presence will be required once a week.
