Sproucrest Ltd helps students achieve their dreams of studying abroad, providing admissions guidance, visa advisory, study loans, and relocation support. We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent student support and manage our social media engagement.

What You'll Do


• Handle student and parent inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.


• Assist with applications, admissions guidance, and general queries.


• Monitor and respond to Sproucrest's social media messages and comments.


• Support counseling and admissions teams with admin tasks.


• Maintain records, follow up on requests, and escalate issues when needed.

What We're Looking For


• Previous customer service experience, preferably in education or consulting.


• Experience managing social media for professional purposes.


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms.


• Passion for helping students succeed abroad.


• Education: Minimum of BSc or HND in any relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Social Sciences).
