Job Title: Content Specialist - Content Creation & Graphic Design Specialist - Video Shooting, Editing & Graphic Design

Employment Type: Full-time, onsite (Based in Lagos; no remote/part-time options)

Reporting Line: General Manager (GM) (Supported by Sino-Nigerian cross-team collaboration)

I. Job Responsibilities

End-to-End Video Management: Independently handle video creation for vehicles (primarily battery electric vehicles/BEVs) – develop shooting plans, operate equipment (DSLRs, smartphones, etc.) to ensure video and audio quality; complete full editing (subtitles, special effects, color grading) tailored for social platforms/offline events; categorize and manage video materials. Respond to promotion/new product needs within 3-5 days, optimizing style based on Nigerian aesthetic preferences.

Graphic Design: Oversee brand visuals – design BEV promotional materials (highlighting "green mobility + smart technology"), create social media graphics to different platform dimensions, and propose brand visual optimization suggestions. Support visual design for Lagos showrooms and internal operational materials.

Brand Collaboration: Participate in brand strategy discussions from a "video + graphic" perspective; research visual trends in the EV industry; collaborate with teams to prioritize delivery for core projects (e.g., new car launches, auto shows).

II. Job Requirements

Basic Requirements: Nigerian citizen (with valid work status and no adverse records); 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in video shooting, editing, and graphic design (portfolio must demonstrate all three skills). Preference for candidates with experience in automotive/EV, FMCG/Electric sectors, or familiarity with local aesthetics.

Core Skills (All three must be met):

Video Shooting: Proficient in 1 type of equipment (smartphone, DSLR, etc.); able to adjust lighting/audio, resolve shooting issues, and convey product value through camera shots.

Video Editing: Master 2 software tools (e.g., Pr/AE, DaVinci Resolve); complete full editing process and adapt to different formats/resolutions.

Graphic Design: Master 3 software tools (e.g., PS/AI/Figma); complete full design process, understand printing parameters, and align with BEV's "eco-friendliness + technology" positioning.
