The Opportunity: Automate Our Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Volunteer n8n Workflow Developer
to design, build, and maintain automation workflows focused entirely on lead generation and audience segmentation. You will be instrumental in creating the systems that connect our app with its target users. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in marketing automation, data pipeline development, and integrating low-code/no-code solutions into a high-impact mission.

Key Volunteer Responsibilities

• Workflow Design & Implementation:
  Design and implement robust, scalable lead generation workflows using the n8n automation platform.
• API & Tool Integration:
  Connect various data sources and marketing tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRMs, social media APIs, email platforms, web scrapers) to automate the entire lead funnel.
• Lead Capture Automation:
  Build workflows to capture, clean, and structure data from various online sources (e.g., form submissions, public data, targeted content engagement).
• Data Transformation:
  Utilize n8n nodes to process, normalize, deduplicate, and enrich lead data before it is handed off for promotional outreach.
• Testing & Optimization:
  Rigorously test workflows for reliability, implement error handling, and continuously optimize execution speed and data quality.
• Documentation:
  Create clear and concise documentation for all developed workflows to ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and building functional workflows using
  n8n
  (or similar platforms like Zapier/Make/Integrately) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of
  APIs, Webhooks, and JSON data structures
  .
• Familiarity with marketing and lead generation concepts (e.g., funnels, segmentation, data privacy).
• Experience integrating common tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, Email Marketing Services).
• Basic proficiency in
  JavaScript/TypeScript
  for custom logic/Function nodes is a significant plus.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to complex automation logic.
• Strong commitment to the mission of pregnancy and parental support.
