Job Description

• We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Investment Marketer to join our cooperative institution.
• This is a critical role for an individual with an established history of success in securing substantial high-quality investments and fixed deposits from a diverse clientele.

The Ideal Candidate:

• The successful candidate will be a high-calibre professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry.
• You must have previously held a similar role within a commercial bank, insurance company, investment firm, microfinance bank, or other directly comparable financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Mobilization: Aggressively identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth individuals, corporate, and institutional clients to secure substantial investment and fixed deposit inflows for the institution.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for asset under management (AUM) growth and deposit volumes.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage the entire client lifecycle, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through continuous engagement and personalized financial advice.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide timely, accurate, and relevant investment insights to clients and management.
• Product Presentation: Effectively present the institution's financial products and services, articulating their benefits and suitability to meet specific client financial goals.
• Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, client pipelines, and investment mobilization performance.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a strong advantage.
• Industry Experience (Mandatory): Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a front-line investment/marketing role within a regulated financial institution (Bank, Insurance, Investment Firm, etc.).
• Proven Track Record (Mandatory): You must be able to demonstrate a verifiable history of consistently securing significant volumes of high-quality investments and fixed deposits. We will require concrete proof of your past achievements and success in this area.
• Deep Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various investment instruments, fixed deposits, treasury bills, bonds, and other financial products.
• Networking & Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to cultivate, maintain, and leverage a strong network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors.
• Target-Oriented: A relentless focus on achieving and surpassing ambitious sales and deposit targets.
• Communication: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Ethical Conduct: Unquestionable integrity and adherence to the highest professional and ethical standards.
