Your vigilance will prevent costly returns and bolster business success
Job Description:
- Quality Inspection: Dive into thorough inspections of repaired terminals, unearthing any defects or deviations from established standards.
- Compliance: Be the guardian of quality Ensure all repaired terminals meet the highest standards, guidelines, and technical requirements before they hit the market.
- Visual Inspection: Use your keen eye for detail to conduct meticulous visual examinations of terminal quality.
- Testing Procedures: Implement robust testing protocols with precision, utilizing test sheets to validate functionality and performance.
- Documentation: Keep meticulous records of quality inspections, test results, and issues discovered during the testing process—your insights will drive improvements
- Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with repair technicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively.
- Workflow Process: Innovate and streamline the workflow for terminal collection and the return of non-conforming terminals to inventory.
- Stock Keeping: Ensure proper and accurate records of all received and returned terminals, maintaining seamless operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance repair quality and efficiency, making a real impact on the team's success.
- Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as directed by your Line Manager, contributing to a vibrant and fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in terminal repair? That's a plus
- Bring your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table, with the ability to identify discrepancies and propose actionable improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- A meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping are a must.
- Strong organizational and time management skills will help you thrive in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
