About the Role

As a
Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of kitchen equipment and coldroom solutions to HORECA clients within the Lekki area. You'll build strong client relationships, learn the technical aspects of our products, and deliver value-driven solutions to help businesses thrive.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role suited for a
motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused professional
with a passion for sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential HORECA clients for kitchen equipment and coldroom sales
  • Develop tailored quotations and proposals that meet client needs
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships focused on trust and satisfaction
  • Learn product technical details through in-house training and apply this knowledge in client discussions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and earn commission-based incentives
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience (HORECA or related B2B industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn technical product details
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories
