We are seeking a highly analytical and visionary Financial & Investment Analyst
 to join 
Eagles Wings Aerospace Ltd
, a company pioneering Africa's aviation transformation through charter operations, logistics, and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our financial and investment strategy building the business case for aviation expansion, forecasting costs and profits, managing investor relations, and preparing professional pitch materials for funding and partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 
    financial models
     for aviation projects including wet leases, aircraft operations, and expansion plans.
  • Prepare 
    investment briefs, feasibility studies, and pitch decks
     for prospective investors and partners.
  • Lead 
    budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting
     to guide management decisions.
  • Support 
    fundraising efforts
    , including outreach to venture capital firms, development institutions, and FDI programs.
  • Analyze 
    investment risks and opportunities
     within the aviation and logistics ecosystem.
  • Maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in structuring 
    PPP (Public-Private Partnership)
     and strategic financing models for large-scale aviation projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in 
    financial modeling, valuation, and budgeting

  • Knowledge of 
    aviation finance
    , 
    wet lease budgeting
    , and 
    operational cost structures
    .
  • Experience with 
    fundraising strategies
    , 
    World Bank
    , and 
    FDI procedures
    .
  • Excellent command of 
    Excel
    , 
    PowerPoint
    , and financial visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ideal Background

  • Degree in 
    Finance

    Investment Management

    Economics

    Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • Prior experience in aviation, infrastructure finance, or consulting is an added advantage.
